Taylor Swift and Gracie Abrams are longtime pals and collaborators 

Taylor Swift grew emotional as she shared the Eras Tour stage with Gracie Abrams one final time.

During her second-to-last Eras Tour present on December 7 present at Vancouver’s BC Place Stadium, the worldwide pop sensation, 34, paused to honour the younger singer-songwriter, who has been a standout opener throughout the closing leg of the record-breaking tour.

“Tonight is the final alternative Gracie and I’ve to carry out collectively on this tour,” Swift shared with the gang, per a fan-made video.  The duo then carried out a shifting mashup of Swift’s Last Kiss and Abrams I Love You, I’m Sorry.

The pair has delivered unforgettable moments all through the final leg of the Eras Tour, together with a Toronto present final month the place they mashed up Swift’s Out of the Woods with Abrams’ Us, a monitor they collaborated on for Abrams’ album, The Story of Us.
