CHARLOTTE — Panthers operating again Jonathon Brooks’ rookie season is over after three video games.
Panthers head coach Dave Canales stated that Brooks tore the anterior cruciate ligament in his proper knee in Sunday’s loss to the Eagles, and can be out for the remainder of the season.
Brooks returned from a torn proper ACL after the Panthers’ bye week and had 9 carries for 22 yards and three catches for 23 yards. He began within the backfield alongside Chuba Hubbard for the primary time, a glimpse of the potential they noticed for the offense.
