The U.S. Labor Department is investigating allegations that migrant kids have labored at a meal preparation supply facility in Illinois that could be a subsidiary of the favored meal package firm HelloFresh, the corporate and federal regulators mentioned.
At least six youngsters, together with some from Guatemala, labored night time shifts on the facility, Cristobal Cavazos, the manager director for Immigrant Solidarity, an immigrant rights advocacy group that helped report the claims to federal regulators, instructed ABC News, which reported on the investigation.
