Playing a saxophone once more has given Gaynor “one thing to look ahead to” after years of managing her schizophrenia.

Having peformed with bands throughout Bournemouth, she mentioned she now not wished to play after being recognized with schizophrenia.

Gaynor mentioned the group has given her one thing to look ahead to after her schizophrenia prognosis

Gaynor mentioned becoming a member of the group had given her a “reconnection” to music and “a little bit of hope for the longer term”.

“It will get me out, will get me centered, offers me one thing to look ahead to,” she mentioned. “Now I’ve picked it up once more, I really feel like I’ve acquired a little bit tiny a part of my life again.”

The band is now making ready to carry out their unique music, Feeling Good Today, at Absolute Music on 11 December.
