Yvette Nicole Brown celebrated her marriage ceremony with Anthony Davis.
The Community alum formally tied the knot in Los Angeles on December 14, one yr after saying her engagement, describing the occasion as, “intimate, elegant and enjoyable.”
“It’s by no means too late,” the 53-year-old shared with People in an interview on Sunday, December 15.
She shared with the journal that she had zero doubts about taking this big life choice.
“I had no nerves when it got here to marrying this man,” the actress spoke fondly about her husband.
“He is the one for me. Absolutely.”
Her brother Paris walked Brown down the aisle, a second she was essentially the most excited for.
She defined that her mother and father couldn’t be there – her father, Omar, had been battling Alzheimer’s, and her mom, Fran, had sadly handed away in 2021.
Both of Davis’ mother and father had handed, so her brother and sister crammed of their positions.
“It was good to stroll down the aisle towards household and with household, even when it is not the household we want we had in these roles,” she expressed.
However, the skilled basketball participant pulled off a heartwarming shock by working with Drake and Josh’s actress’s father’s care facility to make sure he was in a position to attend his daughter’s marriage ceremony.
