In his memoir Spare, Prince Harry revealed a light-hearted story a couple of Christmas present his spouse Meghan Markle gave him in 2020.
Meghan offered Harry with a unusual decoration of the late Queen Elizabeth II for his or her Christmas tree. Although Harry discovered the present amusing, it was short-lived.
His son Archie, who was simply 18 months outdated on the time, by accident knocked over the decoration whereas enjoying close to the tree.
The decoration shattered on the ground, and in an try to repair it, little Archie tried spraying water on the damaged items. This comical second grew to become one of many many tales Harry shared in his guide about his household life.
He wrote: “One current was a bit of Christmas decoration of…the Queen!”
But issues quickly took a flip for the worst and the decoration didn’t final lengthy within the household’s £12million Californian mansion.
Harry shared: “But then Archie, enjoying across the tree, jostled the stand, shook the tree, and Granny fell.
“I heard a smash and turned. Pieces lay all around the ground.
“Archie ran and grabbed a twig bottle.
“For some purpose he thought spraying water on the damaged items would repair it.”
Prince Harry will reportedly miss this 12 months’s Royal Family Christmas at Sandringham after not receiving an invite.
This follows the couple’s restricted participation in earlier Royal Christmas celebrations, having attended two holidays with the prolonged household for the standard festivities.
