California wildfires: Police shoot down celebrities floating arson theories

As the Los Angeles wildfires proceed to devour elements of Southern California, leaving properties destroyed and households displaced, many are left questioning how this all occurred. 

Authorities have deployed arson investigators to the Pacific Palisades to find out the origin of the blaze that consumed hundreds of buildings within the neighborhood.

“The reason behind the hearth stays unknown, and it continues to be under active investigation,” Los Angeles Fire Chief Kristin Crowley stated Thursday.

But some celebrities aren’t shopping for it. 

“THERE IS an ARSONIST right here in LA,” actor Henry Winkler wrote on Wednesday on X. “May you be overwhelmed you unrecognizable !!! The ache you may have induced !!!”

Actress Alison Sweeney merely responded, “agreed.”

Singer Chris Brown took to his Instagram tales on Thursday and wrote, “Someone beginning these fires. S— do not add up.”

“Dancing with the Stars” professional Peta Murgatroyd shared a tweet that was initially posted by political and cultural media character Xaviaer DuRousseau that reads: “LOS ANGELES / SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA THERE ARE AT LEAST FIVE MEN GOING AROUND IN SKI MASKS STARTING FIRES. KEEP AN EYE OUT.”

Another wildfire in Acton has been 40% contained, Marrone stated. That blaze was restricted to only 348 acres. 

Firefighters have additionally efficiently stopped the ahead progress of the Sunset Fire within the Hollywood Hills, officers stated.
