Ben Stiller has addressed whether or not there are any probabilities for a spin-off of his in style movie Tropic Thunder alongside Tom Cruise.
The 2008 satirical comedy film starring Ben, Tom, Robert Downey Jr, Jack Black, Nick Nolte and others.
The movie bagged Academy Award nomination within the class of ‘Best Actor in a Supporting Role.’
While stating the chance of a spin-off, the Zoolander actor opened that he has had dialogue with the Mission: Impossible actor concerning the movie.
“There have been some interchanges about it over time, yeah”, he added.
According to the 59-year-old actor there’s nothing in works thus far.
In dialog with Extra, Stiller acknowledged: “Look, Tom Cruise — considered one of my favourite human beings, considered one of our nice film stars of all time — it might be enjoyable, however there’s nothing within the works. But we’ve got mentioned it prior to now.”
Back in 2022, a report was launched by Deadline suggesting that the motion star was contemplating making a spin off for Tropic Thunder along with his Top Gun: Maverick creator Christopher McQuarrie. But there isn’t a replace since then.
