Prince William expresses remorse over hurtful resolution

Prince William regrets his resolution of skipping an enormous royal occasion, in response to Kensington Palace.

The Prince of Wales, who pulled out of main royal household engagement on Thursday, has despatched his honest apologies to the individuals over his surprising resolution.

William, as Colonel-in-Chief of the Army Air Corps (AAC), was scheduled to go to the regiments at Wattisham, and all of the preparations have been made.
