DALLAS — A brand new airline is coming to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
Avelo Airlines will provide what it calls an unique nonstop path to Southern Connecticut’s Tweed-New Haven Airport (HVN), beginning March 7.
The route will function twice every week, on Fridays and Mondays, in accordance with an announcement from Avelo on Monday. The service will use a Boeing Next-Generation 737 plane.
The Tweed-New Haven Airport is situated simply off the southern coast of Connecticut, close to New Haven, which is the house of Yale University. The airport is about 40 miles from Hartford, Conn., and 80 miles from Manhattan.
