Jeff Bezos enters the sector
Through SpaceX, Elon Musk has dominated spaceflight across the planet lately. But the extraplanetary ambitions of the Amazon founder Jeff Bezos may current a problem to Mr. Musk quickly.
The house firm began by Mr. Bezos, Blue Origin, has a strong rocket referred to as New Glenn that will eventually get off the bottom in 2025. Like SpaceX’s Falcon 9, the booster stage is designed to be totally reusable so it could fly repeatedly and scale back the price of launches. The rocket may launch nationwide safety satellites for the U.S. navy and spacecraft for NASA, together with orbiters to Mars and moon landers.
