The Defense Ministry in Taiwan on Wednesday stated that it had detected 53 Chinese plane and 19 ships close to the island over a 24-hour interval.
The newest motion of Chinese plane and vessels across the island comes as Beijing conducts its largest navy drills in years.

“53 PLA plane, 11 PLAN vessels and eight official ships working round Taiwan have been detected up till 6 a.m. (UTC+8) right this moment,” Taiwan’s protection ministry stated in a submit on social media platform X.
