Diane Delano, ‘Northern Exposure’ actress, useless at 67


Actress Diane Delano, recognized for her work on the TV collection “Northern Exposure,” has died. She was 67.

A rep for the late star confirmed Delano’s loss of life to The Post on Monday. TMZ was first to report the information.

Delano handed away at her residence in Los Angeles on Friday following a short sickness. Her official reason for loss of life has not been launched.

The actress performed Sergeant Barbara Semanski on “Northern Exposure,” which ran from 1990 till 1995.

She had quite a few different TV credit together with “Popular,” “Days of Our Lives,” “St. Elsewhere,” “L.A. Law” “Perfect Strangers,” “Married…With Children,” “Desperate Housewives,” “Monk,” “NCIS” and “Two and a Half Men.” 

In the flicks, Delano was recognized for her roles in “The Wickerman” (2006), starring Nicholas Cage, “Jeepers Creepers 2” (2003) and “The Ladykillers” (2003), reverse Tom Hanks.

Born on Jan. 29, 1957 in Los Angeles, she attended Canoga Park High School earlier than graduating from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts (AMDA) in 1980. She started performing in movies in 1983.
