Easy Trip Planners co-founder & CEO Nishant Pitti has resigned citing private causes. The firm has appointed Rikant Pittie to go the corporate with impact from January 1, 2025. The improvement comes after Nishant Pitti divested a 1.4 per cent stake within the firm.

“I, Nishant Piiti, Chairman and CEO of Easy Trip Planners Limited, hereby tender my resignation from the place of CEO because of private causes with impact from January 01, 2025. Kindly settle for this resignation and relieve me from being the CEO of the corporate and acknowledge the receipt of this resignation,” mentioned Pitti in his resignation letter hooked up by firm in inventory trade submitting.

Shares of Easy Trip had been buying and selling decrease by 0.82 per cent at Rs 15.74 apiece on the BSE, as of 1125 IST.
