French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot on Wednesday flatly stated the European Union is not going to enable President-elect Trump to take Greenland by army drive.

Barrot added that he doubts Trump would take the extraordinary step of invading Greenland.

In a Truth Social put up on Monday, Trump stated he was “listening to that the people of Greenland are ‘MAGA’.” The Republican connected a video that purportedly reveals a Greenlander asking the U.S. to purchase his nation.
Trump’s son arrived Tuesday in Nuuk, the Arctic territory’s capital. He met with locals, visited cultural websites and shot video for a podcast. The president-elect posted a video exhibiting a airplane emblazoned with the phrase “TRUMP” touchdown in Nuuk.
“Don Jr. and my Reps touchdown in Greenland,” Trump wrote. “The reception has been nice. They, and the Free World, want security, safety, power, and PEACE! This is a deal that should occur. MAGA. MAKE GREENLAND GREAT AGAIN!”
At Tuesday’s press convention, Trump stated of Greenland, “Denmark ought to give it up.”
