Miguel Claro is knowledgeable photographer, writer and science communicator primarily based in Lisbon, Portugal, who creates spectacular photographs of the night time sky. This picture of the Geminid meteor bathe is the results of a good quantity of labor consisting of aligning stars aligning and mixing ten folders that every contained tons of of gigabytes of images. The photographs have been captured from Dark Sky Alqueva Researve in Portugal.
The meteors have been captured by completely different cameras that I arrange for 2 consecutive nights through the 2023 Geminid meteor bathe. I managed to catch greater than 100 meteors in whole, from the brightest ones to the faintest streaks.

The background is a panoramic picture manufactured from single untracked photographs the place a starry sky reveals the trail of the Milky Way, full of lovely vivid constellations and nebulas, shining in reddish hues from hydrogen emission.
