GOP Rep. Openly Mocks Postmaster General Mid-Hearing For Covering His Ears During Heated Exchange

After the Georgia lawmaker blamed DeJoy for bankrupting the postal system, the Postmaster General tried to shift the blame to Congress.

“I’m attempting to repair the postal service,” DeJoy forcefully stated.

When McCormick continued his assault, DeJoy blurted out, “You’re speaking to your self” and put his hand as much as his ears as if to dam the criticism.

McCormick mockingly reacted, “I hope you bought that on digital camera. This is the response that the postmaster simply gave Congress when he would not like what he hears, actually lined his ears and gave himself the grade of A.”
