Jelly Roll has massive goals for peace within the hip-hop world as he plans to play peacemaker between his friends Eminem and Machine Gun Kelly.
The nation star — who has collaborated with each Eminem and MGK — shared on the Flagrant podcast on January 2 that he hopes to “deliver them collectively at some point.”
Reflecting on their similarities, the Save Me singer stated, “I see a lot extra of them in one another than they know.”
Jelly Roll believes reconciliation is inevitable. “They’re gonna discover one another’s coronary heart greater than they don’t,” he stated, including, “If they by no means do join that means, [the feud] did extra for each of them than it did to harm both of them.”
While he hasn’t straight addressed the thought with Eminem but, he’s optimistic.
The rift between Eminem, 52, and Machine Gun Kelly, 34, started in 2012 when Kelly controversially commented on Eminem’s daughter, Hailie, on X (previously Twitter). Years later, Eminem known as out Kelly on Not Alike in 2018, main Kelly to reply with the diss monitor Rap Devil.
Jelly Roll stays hopeful, providing “perspective” to Kelly whereas respecting Eminem’s legacy.
“If you bought talked about in an Eminem music, it was like being talked about in a comedy particular. You’re on f***ing hearth,” Jelly Roll remarked, hinting on the mutual respect that might sometime finish their feud.
