Saoirse Ronan delighted followers as she hinted at starring in future initiatives with Paul Mescal, given their compelling chemistry.
The Little Women actress revealed in a latest interview that there have been many extra initiatives to return with the duo.
“Paul and I’ll do many issues collectively in our life,” she advised an IndieWire reporter in a junket interview.
“We grew to become so shut on the film that we made collectively [Foe], and we plan on having an entire profession shared with each other.”
When requested if she would like to be a part of Gladiator’s rumoured third movie, Ronan admitted she “would do a movie with Paul. Yeah, undoubtedly.”
She went on so as to add that she wasn’t conscious if “there’s a personality for [her] in Gladiator, it’s robust.”
Instead, the Lady Bird actress expressed her want to land a task in a musical just like the Wicked movie.
“We acquired Wicked popping out as properly, and I’d like to be a witch with the ladies,” she mentioned. Ronan talked about that she would have liked to play Glinda if she had been requested, because it “would’ve been enjoyable”.
Previously, Ronan advised The Playlist podcast that whereas she is “not a singer” she would “like to be in a movie musical” and hoped to reunite along with her Little Women director Greta Gerwig for the venture.
Recently, Ronan alongside along with her husband Jack Lowden attended twenty seventh British Independent Film Awards in London, whereas Mescal parodied Gladiator II as a musical throughout his SNL internet hosting debut.
Ronan’s Blitz and Mescal’s Gladiators II are operating in theatres since November, 2024.
