Sean “Diddy” Combs has been named in one more lawsuit.
The media mogul has been accused of dangling a lady over a balcony at then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura’s residence in 2016, TMZ reported on Saturday.
Bryana “Bana” Bongolan filed the lawsuit towards Combs in LA Superior Court earlier this week — suing the Bad Boy Records founder for sexual battery and false imprisonment, amongst different claims.
Per the outlet, Bongolan claims in courtroom paperwork that she was staying at Ventura’s condominium on the time of the alleged incident.
She claims Combs came to visit late one evening and started groping her.
When Bongolan tried to reject his alleged advances, she claims Combs held her over the balcony, which was 17 tales from the bottom.
She goes on to assert that the “I’ll Be Missing You” artist pulled her again up after which bodily assaulted her by slamming her into the patio furnishings.
Bongolan is looking for $10 million in damages from the music mogul, per TMZ.
“Mr. Combs firmly denies these critical allegations and stays assured they are going to in the end be confirmed baseless,” Combs’ group mentioned in an announcement to Page Six.

Combs continues to be detained on the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, NY, following his September arrest for intercourse trafficking, racketeering and transportation to interact in prostitution.
The file producer was denied bail for a 3rd time on Wednesday after prosecutors argued Combs poses an excessive amount of of a menace to victims if launched from jail forward of his trial.
His trial date is ready for May 5.
