Sunk Russian ship reportedly goal of terrorist assault — Meduza


A Russian service provider ship, the Ursa Major, which sank within the Mediterranean Sea on December 23, was struck by a “focused terrorist assault,” the vessel’s proprietor, the Oboronlogistka group, advised RIA Novosti.

The firm cited reviews from the ship’s crew members, who mentioned that the vessel started to lean sharply to starboard following three successive explosions at 1:50 p.m. Moscow time on December 23, 2024.

Oboronlogistika famous that the Ursa Major was not overloaded. It was en route from St. Petersburg to Vladivostok with a cargo of cranes, different gear, and 129 empty containers.
