NEW ORLEANS — Did you see one thing falling from the sky tonight?
WWL Meteorologist Alexa Trischler says it seems to be area particles reentering Earth’s environment.
Around 10 p.m., WWL Louisiana viewers started sending in footage of the burning object within the sky.
“Moving too slowly to be a meteor,” Trischler stated concerning the object within the sky.
WWL Meteorologist Payton Malone additionally chimed in, saying, ” From the video I’ve seen, it doesn’t appear to be a meteor. It’s in all probability area junk (sometimes elements of satellites or previous rockets re-entering the environment).”
