BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) — A Russian girl who was arrested after she stowed away on a flight from New York City to Paris final month has been arrested once more in Buffalo, authorities stated.
Svetlana Dali, 57, was scheduled to seem Tuesday afternoon in federal courtroom in Buffalo, stated Barbara Burns, a spokesperson for the U.S. lawyer’s workplace for western New York.
Authorities say Dali evaded safety at John F. Kennedy International Airport and flew to Paris as a stowaway on a Delta Air Lines flight on Nov. 26.
French legislation enforcement met Dali on the gate and detained her when the airplane landed in Paris early on Nov. 27.
Dali, a authorized U.S. resident, was flown again to New York and was arraigned on Dec. 5 in federal courtroom in Brooklyn on a cost of being a stowaway.
At a bail listening to the next day, U.S. Magistrate Judge Joseph A. Marutollo agreed to launch Dali with digital monitoring and a requirement that she dwell on the Philadelphia house of a person she met at church capabilities and undergo a curfew.
Federal prosecutors haven’t launched particulars of her arrest in Buffalo on Monday.
