Voting kicked off Sunday for the fiftieth Los Angeles Film Critics Association (LAFCA) Awards.
After asserting John Carpenter because the recipient of this yr’s Career Achievement Award, LAFCA members will acknowledge among the yr’s greatest movies and abilities throughout Sunday’s voting forward of the awards ceremony on Jan. 11, 2025 on the Biltmore Hotel in Los Angeles.
At final yr’s LAFCA Awards, The Zone of Interest gained Best Picture, and runner-up Oppenheimer went on to win Best Picture on the 96th Academy Awards.
