Anthony Mackie about Harrison Ford in ‘Captain America: Brave New World’

Anthony Mackie didn’t get any angle from Harrison Ford, and he’s shocked.

The actor not too long ago shared his shocking expertise working with Ford on the set of Captain America: Brave New World.

During an interview with E! News on the 2025 Golden Globe Awards, Mackie, 46, expressed his admiration for Ford’s down-to-earth demeanor.

“I used to be shocked at how regular he was,” Mackie revealed when requested about what stood out most about working with Ford, 82, on the Marvel Studios movie. 

He elaborated, “Usually you’ve gotten an enormous star in a film, they go sit off by themselves with their mates and will not discuss to you. But at any time when the forged and crew received collectively, Harrison would come and simply chill with us like a daily particular person and eat these terrible peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.”

As the movie gears up for its Valentine’s Day launch, Mackie supplied {couples} some playful recommendation. 

“It’s a terrific date film. Ladies, all of you guys, take your boyfriend to see Captain America,” he inspired. 

“You’ll get plenty of Kool-Aid factors for that. I’m simply saying, you are taking your boyfriend, you go to the films, you guys go to dinner, that is a terrific date night time. Dinner and a film.”
