Israel formally submitted its enchantment towards the arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former protection minister Yoav Gallant, Army Radio reported on Sunday.
On November 21, the ICC issued arrest warrants for the 2, citing grounds to imagine that Netanyahu and Gallant dedicated the warfare crime of hunger and crimes towards humanity resembling homicide and persecution.

France says Netanyahu has immunity
While all EU member states are signatories to the ICC’s founding treaty, France mentioned it believed Netanyahu had immunity to actions by the ICC, given Israel has not signed as much as the court docket statutes.
Italy mentioned it’s not possible to arrest Netanyahu so long as he stays head of Israel’s authorities.
