Jessie J shared her “2024 spotlight”, calling the 12 months a “full 12 months” of motherhood.
The singer welcomed 2024 with a touching tribute to her 19-month-old son, Sky Safir, whom she shares together with her boyfriend, Chanan Safir Colman.
On December 31, the Price Tag artist, 36, took to Instagram to share a photograph of Sky on the seaside, wearing a Brazilian jersey, alongside a heartfelt caption celebrating her first full 12 months as a mom.
“My 2024 spotlight is straightforward. You. My boy,” Jessie wrote. “When the clock struck midnight on December thirty first, 2023, I used to be your Mum. My first full 12 months of being your Mum.”
Reflecting on her journey, the proud mother expressed the enjoyment of watching her son develop.
“Watching you blossom this 12 months has been essentially the most magical factor to look at. You are fingers down the spotlight of my 12 months and my life,” she added.
“I haven’t liked something greater than I like you, my angel boy. This tune was enjoying while you got here into this world. Happy New Year.”
In October, Jessie had shared one other glimpse into life with Sky as she marked his 17-month milestone.
Posting a sequence of household pictures that includes Colman and their son, she highlighted Sky’s spectacular peak, usually mistaken for that of an older baby.
“We love being your Mum and Dad,” she captioned the publish. “You turned 17 months previous yesterday, and everybody thinks you might be 3. My tall, charming, hilarious, good, attractive, robust Sky. Nothing higher than waking as much as you on daily basis, my son.”
