The stays haven’t been recognized. Palos Verdes Estates Police Capt. Aaron Belda instructed the newspaper that the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office will attempt to establish the stays that have been discovered and decide if they’re linked to the capsized boat incident that occurred Dec. 23.
