Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday accused the West of pushing Russia to its “crimson traces” – conditions it has publicly made clear it is not going to tolerate – and mentioned Moscow had been compelled to reply.
Putin informed a gathering of protection officers that Russia was watching the US improvement and potential deployment of quick and medium-range missiles with concern.
He mentioned Russia would carry all of its personal voluntary restrictions on the deployment of its personal missiles if the US went forward and deployed such missiles.
Putin, who mentioned Russian forces in Ukraine have taken management of 189 settlements to date this 12 months, mentioned Russia’s nuclear weapons had been there for deterrence.
