Taylor Swift is revealing a hilarious element about her upbringing as she reminisces on her childhood.
The Anti-hero hitmaker, who admitted to rising up on a Christmas tree farm in Pennsylvania, expressed her love for the festive season throughout an unique interview with Esquire.
In a 2014 interview with the outlet, the now-35-year-old shared a glimpse into her childhood as she went on to clarify, “It was such a bizarre place to develop up. But it has cemented in me this unnatural degree of pleasure about fall after which the vacation season. My pals are so sick of me speaking about autumn coming. They’re like, ‘What are you, an elf?’
Detailing her early-job expertise, Swift additional added, “We all had jobs. Mine was choosing the praying-mantis pods off of the bushes, [and] accumulating them in order that the bugs would not hatch inside folks’s homes.”

The singer has remained true to her festive childhood as she even launched the monitor Christmas Tree Farm again in 2019 on the auspicious event.
