Trudeau says he joked a few commerce for Vermont or California when Trump raised annexing Canada

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau mentioned he jokingly instructed a commerce for Vermont or California in response to President-elect Donald Trump’s signaling an interest in annexing Canada.
