British finance minister Rachel Reeves mentioned on Saturday that she would take motion to make sure that the federal government meets its fiscal guidelines introduced in October’s price range.
“Those fiscal guidelines that I set out within the price range in October are non-negotiable and we’ll take actions to make sure that we meet these fiscal guidelines,” Reeves instructed reporters throughout a visit to Beijing.
Asked if she would use a price range replace on March 26 to assist rebuild the federal government’s headroom over these guidelines, Reeves mentioned: “I dedicated simply to have one price range a yr and that price range will probably be within the autumn.”
